Seems to be more of a personal blog about his travels and health / wishing us a happy new year (as its his first letter of the year) more than anything else.

This probabally doesn't need a thread dedicated to it, but the forums have been so quiet since subscripition.

A curious read indeed.

It's good to know that the devs find time to enjoy things outside of FFXIV. I think it's important to take a break from FFXIV now and then, just like that message we see when we're logging in. Lest we get antsy and angry!!! Graaar!

I think people's expectations are just high due to recent lack luster updates (both on lodestone and patches).

People expected something to do and all they got was a Goobbue. (Their own fault for expecting more IMO)

He had another fever. Again.

Either I have the immune system of a god, or Yoshi-P needs to slow down 'cause he's ill every other letter it seems.

I was kinda expecting something to do in 1.20b, instead of JUST goobue and bugfixes.

Maybe this is something the dev team could look into, spreading some content out into the lettered patches like a few new NMs(one or two per patch) that require a full party to get at.

Idk, just something I guess. Back to throwing my goobue at people.
