Ultros is starting to feel really empty at this rate. At least half the size it was even a month ago. :C This housing census really brings to light server population now.

Yeah that’s what I am noticing too. The lower population servers have a ton of houses open.

Or, a more logical solution. Give the old wards a nice face lift to make them as "equally" appealing as possible.
