Discrepancy between items stored in Armoire and accessible via Glamour Dresser

I have many items stored in my Armoire. Here is an example tab.



However, below is the only item, among all the tabs, that can be accessed via the "Open Armoire" command from the Glamour Dresser interface:



Have I erred in my understanding of how this works?

I've noticed that certain items cannot be put into the glamour dresser for some reason I don't know... Like the Black Inu Kabuto, for one, can't be put in the dresser. Can't really tell you what makes an item unable to be put into though, since I don't know myself.

Supposedly the event kabutos are supposed to go in the armoire, and then you access them via <Edit Glamour Plate> -> <Open Armoire>. Except that doesn't work for me.

Items only show when slots are selected.
