    game keeps crashing nonetheless

    just sort this finally people because its beyond joke that we cant play this game. stop looking for excuses please.

    I cant even log into the game without getting a crash straight away. and no its not ISP related or my pc. its the server people! start doing something for your players.

    I completely understand your frustration. All we can do is collect information, provide troubleshooting steps and continue to monitor the issue. We see that people are having similar issues we acknowledge it and are willing to do what we can to be of assistance. Is it possible for you to do a trace route and post the results here? Please also provide us ISP and your location. This may help us identify the problem.
