Housing suggestion that will make EVERYONE HAPPY!!

Hello Everyone!

I don't want to complain and add more tears and salt to this forum (I have so much of that though! :'< ) cuz its like the fricken dead sea here already.. So i will give my suggestion to hopefully make EVERYONE's housing dream come true!

(((The Wards - using Shirogane as an example here)))

1- Keep all the available 18 wards.

2- When you go into a ward its the same as before.. open space where you see people running through the streets trying to get to the market board..etc.

3- All the houses locations and sizes are the same as before..except they are all already built with the same fitting beautiful japanese style.

4- When you run to the house you want, for example: M house number 28. You will see the blue instance line we all know at the house gate. When you run through it will open the multiple instances menu (copies of that house) just like the list for the private chambers in FC houses. You choose one and buy it. (This means multiple people/FCs can buy the same M plot (28) in Ward 1).



((( When you Enter your instanced House)))

1- You will be able to see the actual house design you chose for your house and the garden/outside furniture..etc.

2- While standing in your garden, you can still see the whole ward around you, but you will not be able to jump over your house fence to exist.. there will be an invisible wall there blocking you from leaving the instance BUT not blocking the ward view! So you wont feel like you are trapped in a box and you will still be overseeing the beautiful ward!

3- Since this is your own house instance there wont be a need for the little orb infront of your house door. You can just walk through and get into your house. (This will make it feel like a full house now since the outside is connected to the inside of the house without a loading screen <3)

4- If you wish to leave and go outside to the market board (The shared ward) walk through that lovely blue line again.



And tadaa! peoples! buzzing and running to their destinations or crafting near the market board or dancing together having fun near the shared pools and rivers! and when the night comes all the different individuals/free company members go to the same house and say goodnight to each other before heading off to their homes in their cozy instance!

As much as I like this idea, I don't like it either. The plot I am at would no doubtedly be crowded and I really don't want a billion people walking up to my house all of the time.

It wont be infinite numbers ofc there will be a limit and we have 18 wards with subdivision..so its gonna be more generous than what we have now and a little bit of livelihood in the wards would be nice.. some wards are waste lands xD .. but thank you for your input.. my suggestion can still be adjusted ofc!

While I also agree, but if it has to come down to this without them working on instance housing from scratch... I'll just support it as long as everyone can have their own housing area that they want.

An apartment complex would be better, perfect for personal or even FC housing. Picture below is just an example.



Features:
- S, M, L apartments
- amenities: pool, gym (striking dummies XD), bath house, business/commercial center (NPC vendors), picnic area, jogging path, fishing cove
- unit features: BIG scenic windows in private chambers with view of outdoors, roof deck access for gardening, chocobo stable access

Everyone would wanna have a room there for the view. Guaranteed.
