    side quest gil

    It always kind of bugs me when you max out a class that all that exp for side quests go to waste. What would be really nice if that exp was converted to gil if you're at max level.

    Technically you can just not do them and wait until next level cap increase. Or Switch job as long as it meet requirements and level other jobs.

    Eh...some of those sidequests aren't worth the time of switching classes to get it on something else. Especially if all your classes are 60+ and you haven't done many from the ARR and early HW areas.
