Shared Housing and Reclamation

I am having trouble finding this information out, been searching and had no luck with the answer. Will a house be reclaimed if the primary owner has not logged on in time, but shared users have? Is there a way to circumvent this? In a situation where the primary owner of the house cannot access it (hospital) but I don't want us to lose the house, we put a lot of time and effort into it

No the actual owner of the house has to enter

Primary owner is the only one that resets the demolition timer. There's no way to circumvent it that I'm aware of, unless someone were to log into their account and enter the house.

Pooper scooper. I'll have to see if I am allowed to then. I don't know the time table when he was last in there...

if you are sharing the house with them and it is up for demo soon you will be able to see it in your menu under timers on the 2nd page

It only shows up on that page once 30 days have passed, and with the demolition timer paused right now, if it was less than 30 days when it was paused, it won't show up.
