Best thing is to just go to each region and uncover all. DoL have a an action to detect areas , use vision enhancement and you should be good. Inthe long run with retainers you will need to do it anyways.

He does. You're not understanding the request.

It's that if someone is in the crafting log to be able to just right click on an item there and search by Gathering. Sure he can open up his gathering log on the side to do it, but it'd be nice (QOL) to not have to do that.

Great comments - But some are getting a little distracted here.

The problem is when you are CRAFTING (NOT GATHERING) that when looking at an ingredient needed - you should be able to pull up the gathering info via gathering log FROM the Crafting menu.

We don't need guidance on how to craft..we don't need guidance on how to gather.
I'm asking for QoL where we crafters can go - OH..need Item A - search - Item A can be gathered in this region withotu exiting the crafting menu or bouncing in and out of menus 3-4 layers deep and in the process closing everything out.

But most of you have figured that out.
