HQ items' stat!

Is there a way in-game or a website to show the stat of an HQ item?

Usually I try to check the market but sometimes no HQ is available.

I dont want to waste alot of time and money trying to HQ just to find out that the HQ version doesnt really add anything I need. (AKA, HQ dps gloves with more Def on them)

Unless it's a weapon, the only stat added will be Defense. For weapons, it's Attack instead.

Some players said that HQ item has hidden +5% on stat, did they change that?

That was in the old system that had silver stars next to relevant stats.
