Hello. Is it still against the rules to try and sell a house? I am leaving this server, and I want to get something back from this house that I own, so I want to sell it. I am just afraid of getting banned.

If you have any advice, I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

Yes, it's still against the TOS. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting completely banned for doing that, but you could get suspended for some amount of time (possibly before you even successfully sell your house) and get some kind of permanent warning strike put on your account. If you can find a way to sell your house without using the party finder, then you might be able to get away with it.

If delaying your transfer isn't too much of an issue, you could alternatively just not enter your house for 45 days** so it auto-demolishes and you get 80% of your money back.

**Did they ever actually reinstate auto-demolition after the hurricane delay?
