    Crazy lag especially during peak times?

    I just re-subbed to this game and transferred my 51 NIN over to Gilgamesh to play with friends, and every night around 6pm my brother and I both have strong game lag and eventually get disconnected from the game multiple times.

    We live on the US west coast and our ISPs are both Cox.

    No other games give us this issue, and we definitely don't want to re-sub if we can't even play properly.

    What gives?

    Seems a lot of us on cox are being routed through LA which is having trouble. Check out this thread, it helped shed some light as to whats going on for me too.

    No, NTT is the issue for those getting routed through LA, not Cox; as I believe NTT is contracted by SE.

    SE likely needs to have their Tier 3 support (or whichever tier has the capability) open a ticket with NTT to have it investigated.

    Unfortunately it seems this issue is outside of our spectrum of support at this time. I will be reporting this issue to a higher department, so we can keep an eye on this issue. It seems to be that the problem is in the way your connection is being routed. Which is something we cannot address. I know that this is frustrating and effecting your enjoyment of the game. I apologize that I can not provide a resolution at this time.
