I'm in agreement to let people go into Diadem unsynched, regardless of party make up. It's not like they're going to go back and change it or anything.

Need more FC only accessible areas like the diadem.

Only if they can manage to keep it interesting enough for players to keep running it a month after release. Otherwise it'll be just like the Diadem, dead content.

There are a bunch of Diadem-only crafting materials. As just one example, take a look at the fished-up Pterodactyl, used to craft Pterodactyl Leather, which is used in all kinds of things!

While I know what you're getting at, Pterodactyl (and all the other Diadem 1.0 materials) were added to the red scrips vendor.

However, the Diadem 2.0 materials are still Diadem-only. (Cloud Mythril Ore etc.)

It may not be content you want, but it certainly is content.

Yep not gonna deny it. I do not consider most of this games "FC content" FC content. Almost all of it is limited to the workshop and diadem being the only battle content based objective. I mean you guys are welcome to consider it FC content, more power to ya.

sure, you can call it "FC content" but it has always been open to all, FC or not. That isn't the case anymore, it's impossible to get in any other way now. In the end, it's just old content. It has more than simply "a mount and a minion", but even so, why should new players coming through be denied it? they could add exp I suppose, that might get more back in the queue, but really there's not much need to change it at this late stage. Just let people in.

Diadem was iffy content from the beginning. It doesn't offer any real challenge or storyline component that necessitates / benefits from a group. At this point, they should allow entry either solo or as a party, at level 70 rather than level synced. Ease up the farming as necessary so people can access the items it offers (mount, minion, gathering stuff) with relative ease. There is absolutely no valid reason to gate access behind PF, DF queues, or FC airships at this point in FFXIV's lifespan.
