    In the french version, stone doesnt add "Magic eva down", but "Magic eva down for earth spells".

    It's a mistake or the english version is not good ? (cause if it's earth only, that sucks xD)

    Is it detailed that way on the spell description? If the spell is working that way I'll get it off my action bar for sure...

    yep, its in the spell description, you can read : "vous infligez des dégâts de terre à la cible, et son esquive des sorts de terre diminue"

    You can translate this by "You deal earth damages to the target, and his evasion for the earth spells is reduced"

    Quelling Strike works on magic spells. Grants effective -150 damage worth of enmity on next spell - static regardless of damage dealt as long as damage dealt is equal or greater than 150. Having difficulty finding time to write everything up regarding testing 1.20 so I guess take it or leave it at this point - may wait until 1.21.
