I'm getting very tired of constantly loosing, I help rush mid to get in under our control, I kill towers with op's, and I help mamots push....whats the point of this if I keep loosing even though I'm working my rear end off...

Teams win more if they have someone leading them. You'll just have to be that person instead of hoping someone else does it. Mid isn't as important as people make it out to be. I've won games where we never held the mid at all. Communication won those games. That's really the most important thing.

While mid is important, arbitrarily pushing mid right away isn't always the best strategy.

Gaining momentum and keeping up a pressure offense can make a big difference. Also consider practicality; if you're on a team with no healer, going mid only gets you killed and gives them Soaring stacks to hold mid easier. Unless it's absolutely necessary, don't divert from a final push for mid. The generator influences the game, but the core wins it.

join a party of veterans, easiest way to win..easiest...they usually win most of the times

Collect CE for your team, if your team has a endless supply of CE a good pilot can do a lot of damage with any of the mechs.

If your team is getting slaughtered trying to win mid or take it back and you don't have enough healers start snatching CE below and keeping the opposite team from getting some. Pay close attention to when Brute Justice is out and call out to your alliance go get it before your opponents escort it all the way to your core and you are forced onto your cannons.
