Hmm, I guess I should ask, "What is actually being fixed in latest ClickandBuy maintenance? What error?"

You know, I read the first two pages of this thread, and that's all I needed.
To the people putting Sigul down for coming here for support, seriously, stick it up where the sun doesn't shine. If you can't be bothered to read the entire OP, or if you're too stupid and illiterate to comprehend that he, without any doubt, most certainly contacted both SE and CnB through the "proper channels," you shouldn't even be posting. Spare us from your idiotic spewing of ass-backwards opinions, please.
Accepting payments is 100% SE's responsibility. To all these people claiming they have all these legal loops to jump through, reference yourselves to FFXI.
If Click and Buy is not meeting the customer's demand to play the game, it is SE's responsibility to either quickly resolve said issue with CnB, or drop them for another method of payment.
SE is a multinational company with a LOT of experience under their belt. Something like accepting payments for a product from their target market (globally) should have never been an issue. The fact that it is is completely embarrassing for their image. It is in their best interests to resolve this issue quickly, and professionally. Also, we should hold them to do so.
If they don't want to allow their services to specific countries, they should release a statement saying such. Otherwise, they need to do the things mentioned above.

I agree issac they have had over a year since this game launched to get this shit straight. This should not have happened at all.
An Aware, Informed, and Critical community is vital for the success of a game.~ John "Totalbiscuit" Bain
at least they should tell us when the new payment method will be implemented instead of adding Goobbue while half of the players cannot pay to play
Ha! Your right!
Damn I blocked you only a few hours ago and here you are still acting like...hmmm what is the word...let me think...god its on the tip of my tongue..oh yes an ass and I have not been the only one to point it out XD. Damn block...so useless.
Oh and by the way, you pressed it didn't you O_o , don't lie I know you did, hahaha.
Ok, positive thoughts now, kinda. I hope they make changes soon that will help all of you who can't pay/play right now. It sucks that you are having such a hard time with something that should have been pretty simple to solve.

They have already confirmed this is what will happen, its just taking longer than anticipated.
Of course they shouldn't have gone ahead with the billing peroid until this system was in place, they launched the game before it was ready and now have launched the billing peroid before it was ready.
Seems SE really didn't learn their lesson.
Issac hit the nail on the head pretty much, this should have been solved months ago.
This guy should work for SE ( > . >You know, I read the first two pages of this thread, and that's all I needed.
