Thanks from me, too. I got great results last night using Caimie's MaMa Rotation for Special 2 Star Recipes
I'm at 476 CP and using Cunning Craftsman's Tea but my control is a little low right now, so that rotation was just what I needed to HQ the new 2* recipes.

It looks like I need 6 Tricks of the Trade to complete the rotation, and anything less than 4 will lead it to complete early.
I had one awful run of luck last night where a lot of my Flawless Synths blew up and I didn't get the 6 Tricks. I managed to wing it by dropping Ingenuity before the Hasty Phase (3 blew up anyway, it was one of those synths) and also dropping Innovation so I could claw back some CP and complete with a Careful Synthesis III (possibly not the best solution but all I could come up with at the time. HQ at 80% Phew!).

So this morning, I had another look at the rotation and tried putting in an extra Comfort Zone, just before the Hasty Touch phase. With that (according to the Simulator), I would only need 5 Tricks of the Trade and I would still have enough CP at the end to do an Observe + Focused Synthesis if I am very short on progress. Alternatively, if I make too much progress in the Ma Ma phase, it gives me enough CP to swap a Flawless Synth for an Observe earlier on.

It sounds like you're improvising optimally, and have everything under control. Bad luck happens sometimes, and it's up to our improvising to fix the messes. Nice job there!

Regarding that one extra CZ, I did think about putting it into the simulator picture there, and I know it has enough steps to get back the invested CP before the final Brow. But I decided to leave it out, and let the audience decide whether to do it or not. After all, there are situations which someone may decided to go the Blessing approach near the end, which will cut short a few steps, so I was a bit worried that will end up not having enough steps for another CZ. But yeah, if you find it suitable, you can definitely add in that one extra CZ, especially because you're a little low with the CP pool.
