Its a bug having to do with glamour (for me it was using a replica high allagan weapon and shield for my gladiator). Keep entering and exiting the barracks and they should reappear depending on the random pose they are in (for me I was able to see my glad when she was in the "reading a book" animation). When you can see the missing member, interact with them to clear their glams. As I mentioned before, for me it was specifically the weapon (not sure if the shield was an issue too since I removed both), and I've seen other posts specifically mentioning weapon glams causing the bug.

My own Cecily was able to use the garuda weapon glam without issue so its not every weapon glam, just certain ones.

I've lost half my squad to this. That don't come back no matter how much I enter and leave. My recruited members didn't glitch. But the squad member I kept from the start did.
