Does anyone know what Error code: 105 means when trying to reactivate your character?

I thought I'd already reactivated but I noticed I had my old CC info registered with Click and Buy. I updated my CC info with them which was all accepted but when I try to reactivate my character I get:

An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
(Error code: 105)

I've sent a mail to the Support Centre too but they won't reply until at least Monday. Has anyone has the same issue and found a solution?
