    Error code: 105

    Does anyone know what Error code: 105 means when trying to reactivate your character?

    I thought I'd already reactivated but I noticed I had my old CC info registered with Click and Buy. I updated my CC info with them which was all accepted but when I try to reactivate my character I get:

    An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 105)

    I've sent a mail to the Support Centre too but they won't reply until at least Monday. Has anyone has the same issue and found a solution?

    It gave me an option to add a new card because my old one had expired.

    I've found the problem now.

    When I first set up my click and buy account when FFXIV first launched I set a monthly spending limit of £8.99 so that FFXIV would be the only thing going out of it. Now, I tried to activate 6 months of play for £34.14 so it blocked transaction.

    Haha least you found out what it was, and didnt blame SE like other people with billing problems

    Are you sure it has been applied to your account, its a weekend and (atleast in the UK) this type of thing only gets applied on working days.

    When I was looking for info on it I saw some people had it because they don't allow more than one charge per company, so if you're trying to pay for 2 or more accounts from one Click and Buy account you'll get that error. Other than that, I'm not sure.

    I found out the reason when I tried to buy Crysta instead of paying via the monthly fee, it actually gave the reason then. Have you tried that method of paying instead? If it doesn't work it might point you at what's wrong.
