1.I sent a mail to my friend and he got recruitment code.
2.On my account i see he accepted my Recruit a friend campaign invitation.
3.We didnt get the feathers yet.
4.I should add more friends via Recruit a friend campaign or i will have this issue again?

Last time i recruited a friend like this i got the ingame mail with feathers instantly.

Perhaps your friend bought playtime imidetly.
There is also a limit on how often you can get a reward for recruiting.
