Squadron and Commander quest not appearing.

Quest won't appear despite meeting all requirements.
- I have done the prerequisite quest, Rising to the Challenge.
- I am Second Lieutenant rank.

Are you sure you haven't already done it? It's literally just a quick chat with the officer. Check if you can enter the door in the Maelstrom HQ.

doesnt your squadron need to be rank two? i assumed i couldn't see the quest yet because of this.(im rank one and currently putting them through mission to level)

I can enter Maelstrom Command so I guess I did? The quest isn't in my completed list though so I was confused. Thank you.

If I'm not mistaken, Squadron and Commander is the quest that unlocks this feature.

Squadron and Commander is not an actuall quest. It's just an unlock dialogue, similar to the level 70 ex trial unlocks and the "So you want to be a [class]" dialogues for unlocking classes.
