Apartments could be lofts rather than condos. The only issues I see with more than one room in an apt is that small houses which have only 2 rooms are way more costly. That would make the outside area cost several million in relation. I vote for 1 FC, 1 house, 1 apt per account and alts can share. I have an awesome medium house that my alt cannot use..silly. The only real fix is instanced housing. Buy your standard, same for all pie in the sky or where ever and start with either a small, med or large upgrade. Outside placement could depend on home size. Fun could be had with housing, inset mini games, gathering nodes, promotes community involvement when they come and visit.
