Houses should also be account bound, alts having houses is pointless, just allow the all alts to share the one house.

The wards are beautiful, I hope we can keep them and NOT go to instanced.

I support restricting owners and FCs to the number of houses they can own.

Finally after 3 years I might get my dream -- a small house in Mist )

I sincerely hope your answer will not just be "add a few wards", because this will not solve the problem at all. In our server, all medium and large plots got sold in less than 2 minutes, many to individual players, leaving FCs with nothing. I'm afraid adding a few wards will just repeat the issue...
