Tales from the Storm, impressions.

Releasing short stories of game characters is nothing new, but I don't remember seeing dedicated release like this before, for FFXIV. There is plenty of good writing in the actual game, but to officially release a "special" feature comprise of only writing, seems to me means it's something "special".

I'm quite interested in how the community views these stories. Are you excited to see this kind of feature? What did you think of the story themselves? Of the four short stories released, which one was your favourite?

If you liked those, you'll probably be happy to find that there are actually two more sets of them! Specifically Tales from the Dragonsong War and Tales from the Calamity.

As for the current set of them, my favorite might have to be the Tea Party one. It was nice to see some of our characters in more normal circumstances, and it even had some amusing jokes based on the nature of the Endgame.
