I mean you can design some pretty flashy toilets with existing furnishings..

Having a toilet with a high seat back back that makes me uncomfortable. I prefer a more utilitarian approach.

Can we have a shower? I mean... Come on, outside of taking a swim in 4.0 we've never gotten clean outside of rainy days.

And will all the mud/guts/puke/poison/bile we've had splattered on us from enemy's....

Kind of looks more like a urinal.

There are such things as drop-toilets.

Usually with composting worms in there to help decompose the matter.
Basically holes in the ground with a toilet mounted on top.
Usually found in very regional campsites that don't have sewerage system - or places that are very environmentally friendly.

Might pose a problem if you decide to put the toilet on your 2nd floor though . . . . . .
