    Suggestion: Wards which do not allow creature/animal outer walls

    Please, I'm so tired of getting gaudy neighbors with their carbuncle and chocobo houses ruining my view. I want a HOA ward which doesn't allow any outer walls except those designated for that ward (ie. glade only for lavender beds, hingan only for shirogane).
