Squadron quest does not show up

Hi I am currently try to unlock Squadron but I could not see the quest from Flame personal Officer

I have already unlocked challenge log
I have achieved second flame lieutenant
I am try to accept the quest as a 70 white mage

There is no quest shown up in hall of flames at all!

Please would anyone be able to help? Thank you!

It is very likely that you've already unlocked It. If that is the case, you should be able to enter the door in your GC headquarters to access the barracks.

This is a stretch but, have you finished the final set of the Hunting Log for your Grand Company (this is a separate one to the class Logs, which can be selected by clicking on the flag for your GC in the Hunt Log). From what I remember the second tier of the Hunt Log was all that was required for Second Lieutenant promotion, so it's likely completion of the last third tier is required to start the Company Squadron quest.
