1. Complete "Cronicles of a New Era -- Bahamut" Questline
2. Interact with the Object NPC "The Unending Journey" in any Inn.
3. Go to "Chronicles of a New Era -- Bahamut"

What should appear is cutscenes for various stages of the Bahamut quest line such as "Another Turn in the Coil" and "Fragments of Truth", only "Alisae's Path" appears.

Most of the Coil cutscenes are not a part of any quest, but rather a part of the duties themselves. You need to look in the duties section of the Unending Journey to find them.
