You have to lower Aetherflow recast times on Summoners

On a training dummy everything is fine dps wise until Bahamut is dismissed. Now I have to wait for Aetherflow to finish its coldown and you can just see my dps plummet. Aetherflow pops and my dps is steady and then plummets again once it's all used up. Ruin 4 is not cutting it, in fact just remove the Ruin Matery trait altogether and just give us Aetherflow mastery trait which lowers Atherflow cast time.

edit: I can understand the 'feedback' part of this forums may have thrown you off, but localization covers things such as translation and/or errors in this, cultural references and generally making the game fit in a certain language for us of said language or populationgroup to understand.
