We received news about the anticipated hamlet defense!

The development team is currently working on the hamlet defense which is slated to be released in patch 1.22. They are creating the content to allow every class, including crafters and gatherers, to be able to participate.

We will be introducing the specifics post-patch 1.21, so please look forward to it!

I'm curious to the type of rewards that will be offered at these hamlets. The idea that all classes, even the Hand and Land folks can participate. Intrigues me.

I don't mean to be rude, but this isn't news. Yoshi already said two weeks ago in his letter that hamlet def. was delayed, but to look forward to it because it will allow all classes to participate.

So where the NEWs?

And when are we going to see more NA generated questions answered? Everything on the dev tracker as of late (past few months) has been heavily regurgitated info from the JP side. Which in it's self is awesome, but we have a fantastic Fan Translator who gets us the info promptly.

I'm restless with this game right now. We haven't had a significant content update since.... September?

I m half agree on chiefcurrahee,
It is true that we never get any answer for NA/EU question at all. In fact, Dev only answer those JP forum people, and then we got the translate version paste into similar thread in NA/EU forum to answer us. Basically, we never have any answers from dev that is originally direct to our question. If JP not ask it, then NA will never hear it. This make us look like second rated customers.

But good part is that we can still give idea/suggestion and the mod will continue to ask the JP dev when it is interesting.
