I really don't think it's a Eu to Us problem. My alt is on the same server but a different location and I can play on her just normally.

No. It's not a quarrymill issue nor is it a congested server/location issue, it's from all kinds of servers currently and the one connection everyone with this problem has is that they are from the EU.

So why would one character be affected, but another of mine, that's on the same server has no issues? If it's a Eu-Na problem it makes no sense, it should happen on all characters.
Also it was working this morning right after patch until I decided to port to South Shroud to finish up a level of my Rdm in Potd. Nothing before that. It's really weird.

I've had the issue in Heavensward zones and in Ul'dah. I didn't try it in ARR outdoor zones, to be fair.

Since the beginning of this xpac I've been getting random disconnects (90k) all the time. And it's out of no where, when I have friends from the same city and using the same ISP playing the game just fine.
This is not a stupid DDoS atk it's just pure incompetence can we finally admit that SE and just move on to FINALLY solve these annoying issues? :/

Today i continue to get disconessions from13:00 (GMT+1), until now 20:41(GMT+1).
Any type of content causes a disconession, fight in a fate too.

From interviews in the past, Yoshi has explained that the way FFXIV works is to regularly send to and from the server all of your character info including your inventory. A complete guess, but based on that, maybe characters with full inventories are more susceptible to the disconnects?

(as an aside, nowhere near Quarrymill here, just on the Omega questline dcing in Omega instances).
