question about account-wide mount

Hello all!
I've done some research on this but can't really find an answer to it.

I purchased a fat moogle recently and while i thought this mount will just be like other additional items (i.e., the nimbus cloud, veteran rewards etc) that gets mailed to when a new player is created on the account, I did not get my fat moogle on my new alt.

So now i'm wondering if these account-wide mounts only get sent to pre-existing character(s) on the account? or will there be a delay for the mail?

Yes it will appear on new characters as well. Make sure you have space in your mailbox as you can only have 20 special mails from SE at a time so you need to delete those before more can arrive. You can use the "Request Redelivery" option in the top right to force it to check, but sometimes there is a small delay.

Yes you will get it on any character you make on the account. Make sure you have room in your mailbox, delete the other messgaes. I know I have way too many items that get sent to me when I make an alt for it all to arrive at teh same time lol.
