Lvl69 HQ macro(all NQ mats/no RNG skills) - Possible if you had lvl60 4* requirements

EDIT: The lvl 70 rotation I recently posted is the exact same rotation as this rotation though does require higher stats:
    http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...20#post4231020

If you have the lvl 70 stat requirements(1137/955/391) then you can use the macro for both lvl 70/69 80 durability crafts.

    Lvl 69 crafts - Difficulty = 2854/ Quality = 12913/ Durability = 80
    No skill RNG rotation
Example where this might be useful: Zelkova Ring.

    Craftsmanship Required = 1060
    Control required = 938
    CP required = 391
    Specialist required: Yes
    Food required: No/Maybe

    /ac "Initial Preparations" <wait.3>
    /ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
    /ac "Inner Quiet" <wait.2>
    /ac "Specialty: Reflect" <wait.3>
    /ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>

    /echo Macro #1 complete <se.1>

    /ac "Observe" <wait.2>
    /ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
    /echo Macro #2 complete <se.1>

    Cross class skills needed

Comfort Zone(Alchemist lvl50) - Only needed if you need comfort zone to meet CP requirements
    Steady Hand II(Culinarian lvl37)
    Piece by Piece(Armorer lvl50)
    Innovation(Goldsmith lvl50)
    Ingenuity II(Blacksmith lvl50)

    Notes

    - This is by no means the easiest/fastest rotation, just a rotation I quickly came up with when trying to make a macro using my old lvl 60 Ironworks gear.
    - Condition procs e.g. bad timing on excellent/poor proc could result in not hitting 100%
    - 405/419 CP required if not using 1/2 comfort zones respectively
    - The CP requirements don’t take into account the chance for CP reduction.
    - lvl 60 4* stat requirements were 995 craftsmanship/955 control so craftsmanship requirement is quite high however something cheap like emerald soup should suffice if needed.
    - This macro is assuming you're level 70

    About this rotation:

    - Can NQ the craft if a touch is activated on a poor condition
    - If Initial preparations proc then the CP requirement would be even lower
    - I haven't taken the "Stroke of Genius" trait into consideration either so 376cp would suffice if you have it
    - Control requirement is the exact amount needed to 100% it based on getting no good/excellent/poor procs so even 1 less control point & it will won't 100%
    - Craftsmanship requirement is the exact amount needed to complete the craft, 1 less craftsmanship & the craft won't finish

The rotation can be altered to better suit anyone who uses it:
    - If you have plenty of CP, replacing the second "Comfort Zone" with "Innovation" would increase your chances of getting a HQ craft if a touch activates on a poor condition
    - Completely removing comfort zone would speed up the rotation, no point having it if you have plenty of cp
