Registration Code not Valid

I have ARR and Heavensward. I bought Stormblood in advance and have Early Access on both PS4 and Mac.

However, for some reason Early Access to SB is not the same as the full expansion of SB.

My SE account page says I have registered The Early Access for PS4 and Mac, but only the Full Version on PS4.

I also received an email confirming the purchase of SB for the Mac. I followed the instructions for that and entered the Registration Code into my SE account page. It says the code is not valid.

So despite having bought and paid for the Mac version - and that I am playing the expansion now on both Mac and PS4 - in a couple of days I will no longer be able to play on the Mac.

Any help please?
