[PvP] Blackmage Damage to Boxes Significantly Reduced

Area and coordinates: Lichenweed, probably Feasting Grounds as well.
Steps:
1. Play as Black Mage.
2. Nuke any of the boxes that spawn during a Feast match. Damage is reduced by up to 80%. Example, Fire 1 does 200-350 damage instead of the stated 1000 potency on tooltip.
3. Test with additional spells, Fire 4 is doing 750 damage when it is supposed to be 2500 potency.

Hoping this is not intentional. As it is right now any team with a black mage will automatically lose on boxes since the BLM cannot do any damage to them. Not very balanced.
