I wonder if 30 days subscription means:

30 days x 24 hours = 720 hours gameplay

Let say I just play for an hour, so I still have 719 hours to play.

No. Subscription time is depleted based on the passage of actual time, regardless of how long you actually play.

No. The closest thing to this are some Korean and Chinese MMOs that have you pay by the minute/hour for active playtime.

No, if you play for an hour, you have until the date of termination/renewal of your subscription to play. Essentially, you can play anytime for however long you want until the 30 days are up. If you started on January 1st, then you have until February 1st to play you heart out. Not I play 1 hour today and another hour tomorrow and spread those hours out throughout the year.
