Where does this door lead, in CWH?

I've always wondered where this door leads to, it's near to the Haldrath statue in CWH, is it some kind of remenant of old Falcon's Nest?

The closest thing it resembles is this

Been a while since I've done the Heavensward story (working on getting to it on some alts for reliving purposes), but I vaguely recall that's where we come out from with Alphinaud and Estinien after sneaking back into Snowcloak to catch up with Iceheart.

Hmm, I'm not sure, I think the entrance for that was in this valley (since I think this river is what caused the big ice build up in CCH)

I am fairly certain there's never been an in-game or official explanation for that door beneath the statue. Perhaps it can be assumed it's where Haldrath's tomb originally was before Thordan VII exhumed his body for the eye. (Unless, of course, it was specifically stated his resting place was somewhere else.)
