    Ask Questions for Letter from the Producer LIVE Part XXXV! (Patch 4.0 "Stormblood")

    Greetings, everyone!

    We're pleased to announce the next Letter from the Producer LIVE, Part XXXV! This next Live Letter will take place on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 5:00 a.m. (PDT) / 12:00 (GMT) / 13:00 (BST)!

    In this thread we'd like you to pose questions regarding Patch 4.0 "Stormblood".
    * Please note: Information pertaining to job actions, action adjustments, and the battle system revamp is planned to be released during a Letter from the Producer LIVE scheduled for May. Please hold onto any questions related to those topics until then.

    In light of the (somewhat) recent change to glamour prisms, going from multiple grades of prisms to a single one for all levels of gear, what other changes to the glamouring system can we expect to see in Stormblood?

    Will there be something like Besieged from FFXI in Stormblood where a city like say Ala Mihgo can randomly get attacked by enemies and we the players have to defend it?

    Will FFXIV implement automatic hack/bot/cheat detection algorithms like many other games/MMOs in order to reduce the number of people using them? The game is suffering due to their presence & the negative publicity surrounding it.

    Can the dev team comment on the state of the reward structure philosophy (different ilvl grades per patch - dungeons, primals, and raid as examples, having different branches for best ilvl gear), and anything that they have learned about the state of rewards, and how they can keep content exciting, relevant, and balanced (especially raid content) through their rewards going into Stormblood.

    Will Yoshi P. Or the tech team please research the Fatal DirectX Error 11000002? It is affecting players with high end computers and graphics cards for no good reason. I shouldn't have to underclock my graphic card gtx 1060 to make the error not appear. Thank you. This is affecting several players.

    I know this is a minor thing and probably won't see the light of day but, could we get at least a different running animation in something like the /cpose ? Some races have really awkward running animation that it makes the characters look goofy. I find it hard to change to a race I like because of it.
