Legacy character and items

Hello, i dont know if its necessary to fill out more of the templates than this. This character is one of my legacy characters. I thought i had one in higher lvl but i cant find it. So i wonder if you guys know if its just gone?
Also, i dont have the Garlond Goggles on any characters, and i dont have the Onion helm (only on this character). I was also told about a mount, but i read something about a lvl 30 quest, but im not sure.

Could you guys check if i have everything i should have? I think i preordered the FFXIV (vanilla) CE. Also, if my other character is just gone. Thank you.

If you was only level 2 you wouldn't be entitled to either of the mounts.

The Garlond Goggles only came with the standard edition pre-order, not the CE.

It's highly unlikely that your character would have just disappeared and if you deleted it there is no way to recover it.

The mounts and what not, as was stated would have carried over if you had them in v1, and some items you needed to have had paid the version 1 sub for a few months to get and those months had to be before a certain time. The sub was only there for a few months so if you didn't pay for enough time you wouldn't get the items either.

Have you checked your mogmail in game? Most things are sent to you again there, they would not just be in your inventory, including mounts.
