Missing hundreds of items from inventory

I had over 300 items "Ixali Oaknots" in my inventory.
I later went to trade in these items and I only had 14!!!!!!!!!!! in my inventory.
I never spent them. I never had in retainers, and oddly enough I had a stack of 13, and a stack of 1. I previously had multiple stacks of 99.

My items are missing. Can someone check if i was hacked or what happened? I'm missing over $1 million in missing gil worth of items

If you were hacked, I think the damage would be a lot bigger than just a few missing oaknots. Also, that item is unsellable and untradeable, so it can't be mailed or traded to someone else.

You sure you haven't traded them in for some random item from the ixal vendor already? If not, then yeah - SE will have to check logs.

Never used them.

I saw I had over 300 one day.

Few days later I looked on the Matket board to see what was selling well.

Went to trade in after this and I had...14. A stack of 13 and a stack of 1. I've been doing dailies for months so I had a huge stack.

Never dropped or put in retainer or used.

If someone can look into my item history that would be great!
