When do we get our Tidus/Yuna Outfits?

I got all 3 fanfest now. Are the outfits gender locked? I don't ever see myself using a fantasia to play a male character ever. So I couldn't even use the Tidus one if females can't equip it.

My suggestion is to think long and hard on which outfit you want because I seriously doubt they would let the female character wear Tidus's outfit and vise versa :/

Actually have the same problem, maybe I just overlooked it in the goody bag so far but it not seem to be there.
