Laptop Upgrade Help

Mines about 3-4 years old now I think so it's specs are getting a little dated.

Memory (RAM) 8GB KINGSTON SODIMM DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)
Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 870M - 6.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 11

This plays the game on maximum settings between 55-60 fps. the frame rate will drop a little in 24 man raids or the odd s rank if tons of people show up and start spamming actions. I tend to run slightly under maximum settings NVidia optimiser suggested I change my multisampling and drop 2 things from maximum to very high... can't remember what exactly.

given it's 3-4 years old though I would think you should be able to pick something up today with better specs than my laptop, runs the game on very high settings and is easily within your budget..

The Dell inspiron 7559 is a good deal and is under 800$

Will that Dell run Stormblood though? I have a similar notebook (but with a i7 processor and 860M) and I'm kinda worried.
