Shoulder tackle and steel peak- names switched?

On the monk there is two ogcd skills that stuns, one is a gap closer.

Shoulder tackle and steel peak.

But the names confuse me when looking at what they do ingame.

Shoulder tackle zoops forward and shoves one fist into the target while Steel Peak tackles the target with ones own shoulder...?

Surely the shoulder tackle should be named shoulder tackle and the hard peak gab closer called steel peak?

Its been bugging me for a while
