<MAD> is composed of like-minded individuals who have an extensive MMO background (15+ years each) with a deep knowledge of gaming in general. We are mid-core players who enjoy a large variety of activities in-game. As mid-core players, we would never intend to raid more than 15~20 hours per week even during progression.

We are looking for folks who share the same views as us and are interested in farming content outside of raiding (i.g. ponies, birds, weapons, glamour, syncing to minimum item level for fun).

We are accepting the following into the FC as a whole:
Crafters
Gatherers
All Classes and Jobs
(No particular item level or character level requirement to join.)

Our views:
We believe in teaching players and developing a strong FC overall, rather than only having a handful of exceptional players. We are looking for players who want to improve how they play a class and perform raid mechanics to above average levels. When raiding we expect all players to be open-minded, willing to correct mistakes, and be vocal about any issues, or suggestions, which could increase the chance of success.

What do we offer you?
As an FC we intend to produce an active and thriving community. We relish the opportunity to help, learn and experience the game with other players who are passionate about FFXIV. We genuinely want to help other players achieve most, if not all, of their goals while having fun.

We are also recruiting for this raid tier's last leg (we returned to the game late) as well as for Stormblood progression.
A static is currently being constructed and we have the following: SCH/AST, WHM/AST, PLD/DRK -- We are currently seeking a committed WAR and stellar DPS!
