Veterans Rewards: Not showing up for old character

Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything that I could do to claim Veteran's rewards on an old character? My very first character, who is a few years old, never received any of the rewards in the mailbox.

At the mailbox there is an option to "request rewards" (I don't remember how it's worded). It's used normally to speed up receiving stuff just purchased from the Mog-Station. You might try that, else I don't know.
