Steps:
1. On arrival to Ok'Zundu the night before the destination marker was active.
2. I decided to log out and continue the MSQ on the following day.
3. On my return to the game the destination marker while present could no longer be activated.
4. I reset the game 4 times once even being deleting the game and redownloading the client.
