[Adamantoise][LFM][MC] “Oh Yeah” Midcore Raiding Static LF3 Members for A12S Kill +

Greetings Everyone,

“Oh Yeah” is a midcore static looking for serious like-minded individuals to fill our savage tier raid group. Currently we are looking for (DRK/WAR) + (AST/SCH/WHM) + DRG. Our raid times are Tuesday-Thursday from 8pm– 11pm EST (9 Hours Total). We can push back the times, but the days are not flexible. We have cleared A8S when it was relevant and have cleared A9S-A11S this tier. We were at A12S at 8% (AAH, we were SOOO CLOSE!), but due to some complications of our group, we needed to reform. Our goal as a group is to beat all relevant savage raids within the time allotted, so we will only accept exceptional players.

To our future prospects, these are the 3 attributes we are looking for in people:
Personality – We are looking for someone who can be laid back and have a good time, but have the mentality to buckle down and get serious when called upon to do so. Be able to take constructive criticism without getting defensive or putting blame on others. And all in all, mesh well with each other.
Stability – Being able to show up on time and be available to raid reliably, while performing consistently. We all have our bad days, but overall, are quick to adapt and progress.
Efficiency – Show up to raid use what time we have together efficiently. Meaning have food, have pots, and do your research. We are all putting in time to progress, so don’t waste 7 other people’s time. We don’t pay your sub, but you don’t pay ours either.

If you are still interested and you think you have what it takes, there will be a 2-3 week trial period in which we will cast a vote and majority will dictate if you are accepted to the group.
