The Tokyo Fan Fest has ended and here is the current status of info regarding stormblood.

- the MSQ will involve diving at some point
- flying mounts can dive

- Zenos Yae Galvus occupies Ala Mhigo and is the leader of the XIIth legion.

- New city is Rhaelgr's Reach
- Eureka is new exploratory mission area (Tied to the relic weapon questline)
- Deserts, ruins, lots of water and a misty forest. And a Wall!

- Castrums are temporary bases but 4.0 will have actual Garlean architecture

- New upbeat theme by Uematsu

Story
- Story branches based on jobs are planned (ohboy, time to job change a lot).
- End boss will probably FFVII related, like the three before (not said anywhere just my idea).

- really want a 64 bit operation system

This almost seemed surprising, but then i remember they have a cash shop, with plenty of whales, Yea, i doubt this hurt in the slightest, but at least with that budget it looks to be much bigger then HW (hopefully)

and not-cute races because japanese don't like em.

And rightfully so! cute is where it's at, You never thought of the reason why Miq'ote was not a "full" furry? instead of just the tail and ears? They know what gets the attention.

Where did you find out what the budget was? I had heard rumors but I am assuming by the detail you know where it info came from?

I suspect Ala Mhigo will be the central focus at least to start with, but we will have to travel a bit beyond since Ala Mhigo actually takes up about half the space on the world map that the HW expansion occupied.

Meanwhile, I picked miqo'te because it was the most bestial race there was^^'

If you have ever played skyrim and know of Kahjit, you will know what i mean, i mean completelty covered in fur, as you are a real walking humanoid cat, other then the tail and ears, the rest of the body is skin, as if they know. lol.
