Purchased Apartment disappeared

Steps:
I purchased my apartment the other evening, and entered the space. I then left without adding any decoration or changing anything. I returned the next day to not be able to re-enter my Apt.

When viewing the menu Social > Housing > Estate Settings > Apartment > Apartment Details, it says I have
Lily Hills Wing 1 Room #36, 1st Ward, The Lavender Beds

When selecting the Building Entrance, the only options are 1-15, of which 1 & 2 have names and the rest are listed as vacant. There is no way to scroll down, or select a different range to reach Apt 36.

Speaking to the Apartment Caretaker does not give me options to purchase an Apt, nor do they offer to change my Apt # to one which is available.
Further I have no access at the common stable outside the complex.

I sounds like you have an apartment in the sub neighborhood. Have you looked there?

Can you not go to your teleport list and select apartment?

No there is no option in the housing list, or from the Aetherites to teleport there.

Check your teleport list, under All. Like if you were trying to go to Limsa Lominsa for example. It should be up at the top.

Something similar to this. The UI has changed slightly.

Thankfully that is there! I can get back home! I still don't know why that's the only way to end up in the right instance of my apartment though

They're in the normal ward and subdivision too, those are separate buildings. If you were outside the main rather than subdivision, you were at the wrong building.
