    Additional dialogue for 2.4? (Liver letter spoilers, is that a thing?)

    In the live letter for 2.4 they said that you'll get extra dialogue if you've cleared Coil, I've only completed 1-9 and, much later, 13 (and did the quest to finish it off).

    Do you think that'll count or should I go back and do the other turns? Have they said what the exact requirements are?

    I feel like as long as you've completed 5/9/13 and maybe 12, you'll have everything you need.

    It's most likely based on quest completion, so you should be good for the changed dialogue.
